„STINAG Stutt­gart In­vest AG ex­cee­ded our ex­pec­ta­ti­ons across the board in the 2024 fi­nan­cial year. Both re­ve­nue and the ope­ra­ting re­sult ex­cee­ded fo­re­casts, dri­ven by sta­ble ren­tal in­co­me, suc­cessful re­vi­ta­li­sa­ti­on me­a­su­res and con­sis­tent im­ple­men­ta­ti­on of the pro­ject stra­tegy. We are par­ti­cu­lar­ly po­si­ti­ve about the high le­vel of ope­ra­ting cash flow ge­ne­ra­ti­on and the ear­ly pre­pa­ra­ti­on of new in­vest­ment pro­jects, which form the foun­da­ti­on for fur­ther va­lue-ori­en­ted growth.“
